Temperature & Water Level Gauge
The temperature & water level gauge will allow the user to remotely monitor the liquid level in the tank. The level gauge can work with any level sensor with a corresponding resistance output. LVDT sensor is used for measuring the level where the RTD sensor is used to measure the water temperature. These sensors connect to a PLC through transducer circuit. A PLC controls the motor that works via linear drive circuit and controls the heater working via Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) drive circuit.
The water level gauge shows the water level in a boiler in the region of the correct working level. If the water level is too high, then water might pass out of the boiler and can serious damage to any equipment made for accepting steam.
